SIU 2019 Congress Resident Scholarship Application

SIU offers a scholarship programme for select residents/fellows from "B" and "C" countries—based on World Bank Data from July 2018—to attend the 39th SIU Congress in Athens, Greece from October 17–20, 2019. The scholarship covers registration and housing for the duration of the Congress.

The application process will open in early 2019. Deadline for applications will be April 1, 2019. Deadline has now passed.

Please note that the applicant will be responsible for their own travel costs to/from Athens, and any other related expenses, such as meals, insurance and other incidentals. Residents might wish to approach their local national urological organization to help defray some of these costs.

 

Requirements for application:

• Must be a Resident or Fellow at the time of application.
• Must complete online application within deadline (including list of publications, awards/honours and previous conference presentations)
• Must reside in a World Bank-designated "B" or "C" country. To see a list of the World Bank classifications, please click here.
• Must have submitted at least one abstract for the SIU 2019 Congress.
