VIRTUAL ONLY registration fees include access to:

• Congress Mobile App, SIU@U, which includes over 50+ hours of scientific content, live chats, virtual exhibit, gamification and session polling.             

Fees

Fees are quoted in Euros and are subject to 22% VAT (subject to change).

Only paid registrations are considered confirmed.

Urologists from Italy are entitled to a preferential host country rate. These special rates are automatically applied when you register online. Please contact the SIU Congress Office for additional details.

Housing

A selection of hotels, located in and around the convention centre, are offering exclusive rates for SIU attendees. A complete list of hotels and booking information will be available soon.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The following fees will apply if you cancel your in-person registration:

• Prior to August 12, fully refundable less a 100.00€ administrative fee
• Between August 12 and September 16, 50% non-refundable*
• After September 16, 100% non-refundable*

*Any delegate canceling in-person registration after August 12 will automatically receive SIU Congress virtual registration.

 The following fees will apply if you cancel your virtual registration:

• Prior to August 12, fully refundable less a 100.00€ administrative fee
• After August 12, 100% non-refundable

NOTE: All refund requests must be made by 9 December 2026. Requests received after this date will not be considered.

Visa Information

Visa requirements for entry into Italy and the Schengen Area vary depending on nationality.

Delegates are advised to consult the nearest Italian embassy or consulate, or their national foreign affairs website, to confirm the entry requirements applicable to their citizenship.

Depending on nationality, visitors may:

• Enter Italy visa-free for short stays (up to 90 days).
• Require a Schengen visa prior to travel.

Visitors entering Italy must typically hold a passport valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date from the Schengen Area.

For the most up-to-date and authoritative information, delegates should consult official Italian immigration resources or their local Italian diplomatic mission prior to travel.

The SIU does not have the authority to advise on, issue, or confirm visas or electronic travel authorizations.

Applying early is recommended to allow sufficient time to address any potential delays or issues prior to travel.
