Visa Support and Supporting Documentation
Delegates attending SIU 2026 may require documentation to support their visa applications. To assist with this process, SIU provides an official Letter of Invitation as well as additional supporting documentation related to the Congress.

Destination Florence Confirmation Letter
- Confirms that the SIU 2026 Congress will take place at the Palazzo dei Congressi, Florence, Italy, from November 11-14, 2026.
- Confirms the Société Internationale d'Urologie (SIU) as the official organizer of the Congress.
- Includes the Italian business address and contact information of Destination Florence, a locally based organization.

Need Additional Documentation?
For delegates whose consulate requires further documentation from Italy, SIU has arranged support through its local partner, Ovation MCI.
Due to the sensitive personal information required to prepare these documents, all requests must be made directly to Ovation MCI. Additional documentation is provided on an individual basis and is subject to a service fee payable directly to Ovation MCI.

Important Information
- SIU is unable to provide copies of passports or other personal identification documents belonging to SIU Board members, Congress organizers, Local Organizing Committee members, or staff.
- SIU can provide documentation confirming Congress participation and event details but cannot influence or expedite visa decisions.
- Visa applications, supporting documentation, and compliance with consular requirements remain the responsibility of the applicant.
- All visa decisions are made solely by the appropriate Italian consular authorities.
- SIU cannot guarantee visa approval or processing timelines.
- Delegates are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process and submit all required documentation as early as possible.
