SIU Governance

The SIU is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 25 urologists from 17 countries. All SIU members in good standing are entitled to vote at the General Assembly, held annually at the SIU Congress.

The SIU has 13,000 individual members representing over 130 countries/regions. There are various membership categories (i.e., active, associate, allied health professional, trainee, etc.), which all require sponsorship by an SIU member in good standing and proof of Board Certification.
