The FSIU scholarship programme for young urologists (less than 10 years since MD qualification) is one of the cornerstones of our educational mission. The programme involves training in a recognized institute located in the candidate’s geographical area. There are also several opportunities for training abroad as a visiting scholar in an observational role.
Both programmes offer scholarships for surgeons from the developing world for a 3- or 6-month period in an FSIU-recognized institute, with US$ 5,000 for a 6-month period and US$ 2,500 for a 3-month period.
