Cancellation and Refund Policy

50% of registration fees will be refunded to delegates unable to attend The 36th Congress of the Société Internationale d’Urologie provided a written request is received by the Congress Office ([email protected]) on or before August 29, 2016. The Congress regrets that requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.

Attendees from Latin America (Including Students/Trainees and Nurses)

Attendees from Latin America are entitled to a preferential host region rate. Please contact the SIU Congress Office for details. These special rates are automatically applied when you register online. Preferential host regions rates are also available for Student/Trainees and Nurses. Students and trainees must provide a letter from their programme director or equivalent on official stationery to be eligible for these special rates.
