Travel Requirements by Destination

What Happens When I Arrive in Dubai?

Current requirements state that all passengers arriving in Dubai from any point of origin (GCC countries included) must hold a negative COVID‑19 PCR test certificate for a test taken no more than 72 hours before departure.

Passengers arriving in Dubai from the certain countries will be required to take another COVID‑19 PCR test on arrival at Dubai International airport. The list of these countries are updated regularly.  Requirements regarding onsite testing should be reviewed prior to travel to ensure adequate time (at least 48 hours) is given from arrival to allow for the return of any test results.

Attendees requiring PCR testing upon arrival will be required to quarantine at their hotel while they wait for their test results. Should an attendee be scheduled to arrive prior to their hotel check-in time (standard check-in is typically between 1400-1600), it is recommended that the guestroom be booked starting from the previous night to ensure access to immediate check-in.

Please review the guidelines and lists regularly for updates.

What Happens When I leave Dubai?

Passengers will need to do PCR tests upon departure only if it is mandated by the country to which they are travelling. Be sure to check these guidelines for the most up-to-date information on the requirements for your return.
