The purpose of this survey is to:
· quantify the key gaps in the diagnostic evaluation of male infertility worldwide including gaps in history taking and physical examination, semen analysis methodology and interpretation, advanced laboratory testing (e.g., DNA fragmentation, oxidative stress, biochemical markers), imaging, genetic assessment, infection work-up, access to equipment, adherence to guidelines, and clinician training.
· highlight areas of consensus and controversy, and to generate actionable priorities for evidence-based guidelines, and targeted training that can improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes
Eligibility:
Urologists, andrologists, reproductive medicine specialists and other clinicians involved in male infertility diagnostics, regardless of GAF membership.
